وَكَتَبْنَا لَهُۥ فِى ٱلْأَلْوَاحِ مِن كُلِّ شَىْءٍ مَّوْعِظَةً وَتَفْصِيلًا لِّكُلِّ شَىْءٍ فَخُذْهَا بِقُوَّةٍ وَأْمُرْ قَوْمَكَ يَأْخُذُوا۟ بِأَحْسَنِهَا ۚ سَأُو۟رِيكُمْ دَارَ ٱلْفَـٰسِقِينَ
We inscribed for him in the Tablets admonition of all things and explanation of everything. “Hold fast to them and ask your people to follow the best of it. I will show you the home of the rebellious[48].
[48] A severe warning against rebellion.Ad-Dukhaan 44:4
فِيهَا يُفْرَقُ كُلُّ أَمْرٍ حَكِيمٍ
On that night, every matter of wisdom is determined[3]
[3] The angels record and descend with whatever Allah has decreed for the coming year, according to what is inscribed in the Preserved Tablet.At-Tur 52:2
وَكِتَـٰبٍ مَّسْطُورٍ
